The official pastry line: AISI 304 monocoque, Scotch-Brite finish, pressed base, rounded corners, 60 mm cyclopentane, R290. It includes cabinets, counters and proving cabinets (fermalievitazione). The GBF pastry (P) version takes EN 60×40 trays.
