Refrigerated cabinets
SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM, IRIDIUM. 400–2100 litres, TN and BT, solid and glass doors.
Refrigerated counters
GN 1/1, 1–4 doors, 6-door pass-through, ½ / ⅓ / ⅔ drawers.
Blast chillers
GBF from 3GN2/3 up to the 2-trolley GN 2/1 cell. +70 °C → +3 °C or −18 °C.
Knock-down
IS line: knock-down cabinets and counters, easier to bring in.
United Color of Desmon
Coloured cladding to match the kitchen — an official Desmon option.

1994 · De Santis
Made in Italy, a European reference
Desmon was founded in 1994 by the De Santis family to trade catering equipment. Since 1998 it has built professional refrigeration under its own brand. In 2015 it joined the Middleby Corporation.
Every unit: AISI steel, tropical unit, cyclopentane insulation. The goal: durable, quiet, economical cold in the kitchen.
